Robert Shaw as the villainous Donald “Red” Grant in the James Bond film From Russia with Love for planet-pulp.com
Planet-Pulp is a website that showcases a single pop culture oriented theme each month. This month is James Bond and also my first month into my tenure on the site as a “rogue” artist.
11”x14” acrylic on illustration board. I wanted to also paint it with more of a 1960’saesthetic.

So I do what I like to call “Re-Paintings” where I take an existing, usually boring painting at a thrift store, or a print sold at a thrift store and add something comedic to it.
This was a commissioned piece for a friend. We decided maybe some hunters hunting the My Little Ponies for sport would be nice.
One hunter is firing his musket while the other hunter is horrified at the sight unfolding.
I’m always up for doing this for others so if you find a painting or something at your local thrift store and want me to add something crazy to it, I’m totally game! Feel free to message me.
Hope you guys enjoy!

Stephen King & George Romero - My piece for the upcoming “Iconoclastic Dead” show in Mexico City. I was invited to submit last Monday and the show is October 1st so I had to hustle to think of something and get it finished with enough time to mail it.
Every piece is honoring people whom are icons in the style and mention of the Día de los Muertos festival in Mexico.
Super pumped to have this piece showing there from Oct. 1st - Oct. 31st. Prints will also be sold at the gallery.
